My username and password do not work!
There are a number of reasons that your password may not be working.
1. You need to enter your username and password in the same exact case sequence as you did when you signed up because our system is case sensitive. Make sure you are using capital and lowercase letters when necessary. This problem accounts for 90% of access difficulties.
2. If you still can't get in and are redirected to the login page or don't even see the login page, download and install Internet Explorer or Firefox. Use Internet Explorer or Firefox to access our sites.
Common browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Netscape, or Safari.

3. If you are using the AOL browser, please use your AOL browser only to establish an internet connection. We have encountered a login issue with AOL users which run into conflict with our security settings. AOL browsers have a particular setup where they assign a different IP adress during each browser session, so as a result our security settings will automatically redirect the user after the third IP adress is assigned. If you are using AOL and have established an internet connection, use Internet Explorer or Firefox to access our sites.
4. We processed your account and found you didn't include enough valid information.
5. Your credit card was declined because of a lack of credit or because we do not have the address where you receive your credit card statement.
6. Perhaps your credit card has expired and you need to provide us with a new expiration date.
7. Your credit card was declined the last time we ran it.
8. You cancelled your account and forgot it.
9. Your account was cancelled by us for unauthorized use of a credit card or similar reasons.You moved and didn't notify us. Therefore your credit card was declined because your address could not be verified.

I'm having problems viewing the videos...
1. Our movies are in :
WMV format for Windows ,
MPEG-4 (H264) format for Apple and
MPEG-4 (H264) format for iPod and iPhone.
On PCs, we recommend Windows Media Player , which is generally complimentary with the Windows operating system.
If you are viewing the site from a Mac and want to view WMV format Movies, we recommend the Flip4Mac WMV plugin for Quicktime, which is available freely here.
If you are viewing the site from a Mac and want to view MPEG-4(H.264) Movies , we recommend Quicktime Player for MP4(H.264)movies .

2. Another way to solve the problem is to download a video right click on the screenshot and choose "save target as". Place the video in the folder that you like and launch it. If it doesn't work with windows media player, please do the following: open the start menu and choose Run. Type in mplayer2 and you'll get another windows media player. Choose "open" and browse for the video that you've downloaded. It should play.
3. Are you trying to play a "streaming video" ? Streaming movies require that you have nothing on your computer or network that interferes with the communications between our streaming servers and your computer. The following can block the ability to play streaming movies:
Corporate networks, home routers (wireless network), Hotel networks...
Try, right-click on a clip and save it to your hard-drive. Now play the clips from your hard-drive. If you can play the clip, you know the problem is either with your internet connection or with your network. If you cannot play the clips, the problem could be your computer. Make sure you have installed the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox.
If you are not on DSL or cable, streaming videos will never look good. For better results, download the clips to your computer and play them from there.

4. AOL USERS: You may not be able to view the streaming videos through AOL. Unfortunately, that is a feature of AOL's world wide web browser that we cannot do anything about. Install Internet Explorer or FireFox and use it to view our videos! It's free!

How do I save my favourite movies ?
Windows PC users: We recommend to download our WMV movies.
To download just click on the movie download of your choice. A drop down box will appear, click Save Target as... (or Save Link as..., or similar) and save the file to a folder on your hard drive and wait for it to download.
You will then be able to keep the movie and view it when you are offline.


Mac users: We recommend to download our MPEG-4 (H264) movies.

Alternative download (right click).
Windows PC users: You need to right click on the movie download of your choice, a drop down box will appear, click Save Target as... (or Save Link as..., or similar) and save the file to a folder on your hard drive and wait for it to download. You will then be able to keep the movie and view it when you are offline.

Mac users: You need to hold CTRL then click on the movie download of your choice,
a drop down box will appear, click Save Target as... (or Save Link as..., or similar) and save the file to a folder on your hard drive and wait for it to download. You will then be able to keep the movie and view it when you are offline.

How do I play a movie on my iPod or iPhone ?
All movies are available with an MPEG-4 (H264) download version, which you can play back on your iPod or iPhone.
Please save the download file to your computer, then transfer the file to your iPod or iPhone via Itunes software.

Once you have downloaded the MPEG-4 file, open your Itunes application and select: File / Add File To Library - this will open a new window where you can locate the file previously downloaded. Your movie will now be available for viewing on your iPod or iPhone.

Wait till the pictures have loaded completely. Position your mouse over the photo, click on it with the right mouse button, then click Save Picture/Image as.
